Easy Pheasant Burgers

4 pheasant breasts
1 small onion
50g breadcrumbs
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Mixed herbs

Serves 2

To make easy pheasant burgers simply mince the pheasant breasts and finely chop the onion.
Mix with the other ingredients and mould into patties.
Store in the fridge for at least an hour to set, then grill or barbecue until cooked through.
